Looks wonderful, sounds bad
This gives you a variety of timed workouts (termed "sets"), or you can do the exercises (termed "Actions") individually. Layout is attractive and the videos are clear, although there are no helpful hints for beginners. Each exercise is timed, but there is no audible cue when time is up for the last exercise in your workout. You can set alarms to remind you of your workout plans; you can share to social media. It keeps records for you, although if you peek at a video -- which you have to do, because none of the "Actions" have names or give hints about what equipment you might need -- the app thinks you have now completed some workout time, and records it as such. The apps flaws are: 1. The lack of names or previews for the "actions" 2. The shrill voice that says "Ready? Go," but does not give any audio cues for which exercise you do. 3. The app turns off your workout music so you can listen to … nothing. Which sort of kills this otherwise lovely apps usability unless you are at home and can play your music from one device and your workout app from another.
